Casa Marlicatta is divided into 52 fractions. Each one gives you a deeded share of the property and the right to use the house for one week of the year — and to rent it out when you are not there.

How the 52-week model works
- 1. Each fraction is one week of the calendar year, from 1 to 52. A week runs Monday to Sunday.
- 2. You pick the week that fits your life and the level — ORO or PLATA — that fits your budget.
- 3. You get a deeded share: the property is yours, fractionally, and the 20 % projected appreciation is part of the return.
- 4. When you are not there, your week can be rented: published rates run $3,500–$4,500 MXN in high season and $2,000–$2,800 MXN in low season.
